ATtiny25 Basic VCO

A basic VCO using the ATtiny25 which is adjustable by using two 10K pots with adjustable frequency from 8Hz to 32MHz (at the higher end, when adjusting the frequency jumps in fairly large steps). Uses a timer with PLL with adjustable prescaler / OCR1A & 1B and requires 2.7V supply or higher.
